March 25: FoodSpark Kicks Off New Series

On March 25, FoodSpark will kick off its next themed series, centering LGBTQ+ communities across the St. Louis, MO, region. March–June, dinner parties, conversations, and workshops with partners and allies across the St. Louis region will aim to help cultivate and support resources for individuals, groups, and organizations within local LGBTQ+ communities. This series is created in partnership with PROMOSAGEMetro Trans Umbrella Group (MTUG), and QTPOC:STL (Queer & Trans People of Color St. Louis).

Mark your calendars now for these featured gatherings:

  • March 25: The FoodSpark Gathering will host LGBTQ+ identifying community members in a potluck conversation to kickoff the series. 

  • April (various dates): FoodSpark X dinners across the city will invite allies, groups ,and organizations to extend conversations and topics sparked during the March Gathering. 
    Let us know if you would like to host one. 

  • May (date TBD): The FoodSpark Idea Kitchen will help attendees refine ideas through its workshop format.  

  • June 2: The Spark Dinner will crowdfund support to help bring a local idea to life during LGBTQ+ Pride month.
